The 350 App

Climate Change is one of the biggest challenges facing the planet, yet few people understand what is causing it or what they can do about it. 3rdWhale Mobile has partnered with 350.org to help bring this type of information to the iPhone masses. This is our first version of the app and we hope to improve it over time and to bring in other content partners to enrich the experience for you.

In the first release, the core functionality of this app is to enable users to find the nearest activity that 350.org is promoting as the Day of Action, Oct. 24, 2009. At the time of writing this, more than 1500 actions in more than 115 countries have been created by concerned citizens and groups around the globe.
